I found the service lacking, particularly at the front desk. Multiple requests for towels went unfulfilled, which left me feeling neglected. The lack of stay-over service was also disappointing, as my room was not serviced despite my request.

The suite with two beds offered ample space for my family, making our stay comfortable. The layout was convenient for moving around with kids in tow.

The poolside lacked sufficient shade, which made lounging outside during the day pretty uncomfortable. On my last day, both elevators were out of service, forcing us to haul our luggage down the stairs—no signs indicated the elevator issue, which added to the hassle. Additionally, I noticed some cleanliness issues in the bathroom floor of one of the rooms, which seemed to have visible stains that shouldn’t have been there.

The King Room was spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable atmosphere during my stay. The breakfast included decent options, featuring some award-winning local meats that genuinely impressed me. However, I encountered issues with noise from adjacent rooms, and the bathroom cleanliness could have been improved. Additionally, limited seating availability in common areas made it hard to find a good spot to relax.

i always stay at holiday inn express when i visit family. this time, the breakfast was exceptional, and parking was plentiful. my room was on the ground floor, making it easy to socialize with others in the lobby.
